If you request early access, we keep your email for up to 90 days to review your request and contact you about the pilot. This does not subscribe you to a newsletter or create an account. Contact support to have your request removed sooner.

Sendit uses your email for account verification, recovery and service messages. Your public profile contains your chosen display name, role, workplace and introduction. Anyone with your QR or link can see it.

Your tip messages, activity and exports are private to your account and authorised support operators. Open support requests are kept for operator review. Resolved requests are removed once they are more than 30 days old. Stripe collects payment, identity and bank information under its own privacy terms. Sendit stores payment references, amounts, fees, status and audit records; it does not store card numbers or identity documents.

Necessary secure cookies support sign-in and form protection. We also keep daily aggregate counts of homepage views, early-access form views and new requests saved for up to 400 days. These counts contain no visitor identifiers and are not linked to accounts. We do not add advertising trackers or sell your information.

Required financial records may be retained for six years. Closing your account disables the public jar immediately; support can assist with access, correction and deletion requests subject to record-retention obligations.

During testing, use test identities and cards. Live processing remains disabled until the operator details and final retention policy have been reviewed.
