Using your personal jar
Sendit's invited pilot is for people aged 18 or over working in UK hospitality, with an eligible personal Stripe account. You must provide accurate verification information to Stripe and use a public profile customers can recognise.
Tips are voluntary and go to the named recipient's connected account, less disclosed processing fees. Your Sendit platform fee is £0 during the pilot. Stripe's agreements govern processing, refunds, disputes, reserves and payouts. Recipients remain responsible for applicable tax obligations and workplace policies.
Do not impersonate another worker, substitute another person's QR, use Sendit for unrelated money transfers, or collect employer-controlled/shared tips through a personal jar. We may pause a jar to investigate misuse.
We cannot guarantee instant bank arrival or eliminate all fraud. Contact support promptly about a wrong recipient or payment problem. Closing Sendit does not automatically close your Stripe account.
